What is No-show prevention?
No-show prevention is an automated reminder and confirmation chain that cuts missed appointments: an email 48 hours before, an interactive SMS or WhatsApp confirmation 24 hours before, and automatic rebooking plus waitlist fill when someone cancels. Service businesses lose 15–25% of slots to no-shows; the chain typically cuts that by 70–80%.

The waitlist trick
